Once orders are placed with shipping carrier and in transit, Twisted Saints Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered, Please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment. To prevent this problem, we highly recommended requesting a signature confirmation shipping when checking out. This will avoid packages from being delivered to the wrong address being lost or stolen.
